Why to rent a Baroque hall in the centre of Prague?
The conference hall was originally a Baroque refectory, i.e. the place where Dominican friars were meeting for meals. This corresponds to the beautiful fresco decoration of the hall as well. By renting this hall you can offer your guests and event participants an extraordinary experience of a refined atmosphere of the event organised.

 

Capacity and technical possibilities of the hall
The conference hall with a surface area of 170 m² is a very variable area and the particular arrangement depends especially on the type of the event organised.
 
If you wish to organise a family celebration (for example a wedding party) with comfortable sitting at tables, you can invite about 50 people. It is usually also pleasant to arrange for a division of the hall into two parts - a conference part for presentations and a part for refreshment by way of a buffet party.

It is, however, also possible to prepare catering services in the vestibule, and the catering company can use background facilities in the adjacent room to the hall. If you choose this variant, you can invite without any problems even as many as 150 participants.

The hall area is variable, it is possible to organise there various corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, conferences or business negotiations. Depending on the event type, the hall can be used for 50 - 150 participants. You can make your booking with the help of the form at the end of this page.

What events can be organised in the Baroque hall?
We make it possible for you to lease the hall for any corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, annual conferences, lectures as well as business negotiations and presentations. You need not be afraid that you will find yourselves in the church territory, we will be glad to welcome you here.
 
Concerts in the Baroque hall
A popular use of the hall is the use by solo performers as well as small music groups as a concert hall. If a concert is held there, the area can be used by as many as 150 visitors.
 
Besides the concerts in the Baroque hall, it is possible to organise concerts right in St. Giles Church.

Lease of the adjacent garden
The lease of the hall can include also the lease of the adjacent paradise garden. This is a pleasant place, full of greenery, lined with the monastery arcades. We offer the lease of the garden for selected events on the basis of an individual agreement. The price of the garden lease is always individual and a request for this service should be specified in the "Other requirements" field of the form.
 
Hall background areas - welcome bar, cloakroom, sitting area
The entrance into the hall is formed by the vestibule with a surface area of 60m², which serves not only as a cloakroom, but also as a welcome bar and as a place where guests can sit down during the concert or conference break or to have a rest from the main stream of the corporate party.
 
A matter-of-course is the barrier-free sanitary area corresponding to the capacity of the hall.
 

Complementary services to the lease of premises in the centre of Prague
As a complementary service we make it possible to ensure services of a catering company.

 

 

 

However, we enable you to use your own catering services, if requested. It is necessary to specify an offer of other services in the below stated form. In the future we plan to offer you also technical background facilities for data presentations during corporate events, business negotiations or conferences and lectures. At present it is, however, possible to use, without any problems, your own technology or to use services of a specialised firm which intermediates these services.

We also try to meet requirements of not-for-profit organisations and charity projects and we offer an individual approach for them.
